  • WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR MY PET TO START DAYCARE/BOARDING?

    and fill in the blanks! If you have any questions or issues, always feel free to call us as well. We are here, and happy to help. 

  • WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

    We are open daily from 7:30am to 6pm

  • WHAT VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED?

    Health and safety of our guests here is our number one priority! The following vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian are required prior to staying with us: 


    Dogs:

    Rabies

    DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)

    Bordetella

    *We also highly recommend the Canine Influenza vaccine


    Cats:

    Rabies

    FVRCP


    -We will also accept titers!

  • WHAT IF MY PET TAKES MEDICATIONS/VITAMINS/SUPPLEMENTS?

    Pills and liquid medicines can all be given while with us! Guests requiring medications receive attention and administration of medicines by our staff (including a Vet Tech and Vet Assistant) through whichever method they prefer, per your instruction, and at no additional charge. 

  • What should I bring?

    If your Paw Partner profile is completed before arival, all we need you to bring is your pet, and their food, along with any treats, medications, vitamins, supplements, etc. that they take. We have everything else! You are more than welcome to bring items from home if you wish, such as bedding, toys, etc., but we do have them available here as well. If you are unable to bring food, or if your pet runs out of food while with us, we have food here that we are happy to provide them (we feed breakfast and supper, and the charge is $5/day). 

  • WHAT DOES MY DOG DO ALL DAY?

    Our loving staff is here from breakfast through supper for your pets! They will also participate in multiple play times out side (with or without friends, whichever they prefer) throughout the day with full access to covered and uncovered areas for them to enjoy.  We also do fun activities, like pool days, water activities, LOTS of catch, and have multiple different obstacle course set ups for them to enjoy!

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PET GETS SICK OR INJURED WHILE THEIR THERE?

    We contact you first! If we are unable to reach you, we will attempt your emergency contact. If there is an emergency, or we are unable to get ahold of you and are concerned for your pet, we will contact our on-call Veterinary Practice (PetVet365), where they are open 7 days a week, and always there to assist! 


    *Charges incurred for required veterinary services are the responsibility of the pet owner.

  • ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

    • Payment is due when you pick up your pet
    • Any pet brought in with fleas or ticks will be treated at your expense
    • Returned checks will be assessed a $30 service charge
