If it takes a long time before the clip begins:  Make sure your computer has broadband Internet access (cable or DSL).

If playback is sluggish:  Shut down all other programs running on your computer.  Try using a computer with faster Internet access.

Does the video look too dark or too bright?  Try adjusting the brightness and contrast of your computer monitor.
